As part of our commitment to environmental improvement, two bee hives have joined the Stoney Manor Neighbourhood! ????????
Bees pollinate much of the food that makes our diets healthy and tasty – from the apples in our lunchbox, to the tomatoes on our pizza. Not only that, they help plants and flowers thrive up to five miles from their hive.
Despite this, bees are under serious threat. 35 UK bees species are under threat of extinction, and all species face serious threats.
To give these environmental underdogs a leg (or a wing!) up, Z Property are introducing a home for these fluffy friends in Newbuildings. Based on the outskirts of our site, Stoney Manor’s latest residents will give you a warm hello by boosting your flowers, grass and shrubbery, as well as making daytrips to help local food production.
