Scott is a Business for Construction Engineering Graduate with relevant experience of completing large scale residential and commercial projects for himself and several major contractors.
Scott amassed over 25 years’ Civils and Commercial experience on an international level before becoming Managing Director of Z Property Development in 2019.

Paul Durnien has been Commercial Manager of Z Property Development since its inception in 2019. Paul graduated from the University of Ulster in 1983 and in addition to his diploma has been a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1989.
Paul’s thirty nine years’ experience in the Construction Industry means that he has gained extensive knowledge and practical experience in all sectors of this complex industry.
Chris is an experienced contracts manager with extensive knowledge of the construction industry to include private and social housing schemes, commercial and educational.
A strong communicator, Chris thrives within busy and challenging environments by demonstrating a high degree of initiative and self motivation, with proven skills in implementation of solutions and the management of change.
