We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with experience of working on high rise concrete framed structures and similar projects. The successful applicant will work with a new and dynamic team of construction professionals and will bring an enthusiasm and client focused attention to detail to this exciting project.

About the Job

Our new Dublin Road project of 85 apartments requires an additional staff member to manage the construction of a 10-storey concrete framed structure and associated fitting out.

We are seeking a driven, forward-thinking and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Due to our continued investment into NI and acquisition of the development of 85 Unit apartment block in Dublin Road, Belfast, Z Property Development require a suitably qualified Site Engineer with previous experience on similar construction projects.

The successful applicant will:

Be a dynamic individual, keen to lead from the start and grow with this Company.
Be technically competent using a total station, laser level, GPS and AutoCAD
Supervise plant, labour and subcontractors
Ensuring works are carried out to the highest standards
Maintain the Health and Safety and Quality management

What you’ll need to succeed

Fully aware of recent health and safety legislation
Can demonstrate their commitment and flexibility to all projects undertaken
Be capable of completing work on time, to precision and to the highest quality
